Request an EU Fulfilment Quote
Tell VareYa about your order volume, products and target markets. The short form below gives the team the first details needed to review operational fit for a Netherlands-based fulfilment setup.
Quick Answer

VareYa is generally a fit for operations from 500 orders per month. Request your EU fulfilment quote
Share the first details of your operation. The VareYa team will review product and operational fit before preparing a proposal.
What VareYa reviews first
The first review considers whether the requested operation can be scoped responsibly. The form is deliberately short; the team may request more detail after reviewing it.
The initial checks include:
- whether monthly order volume is near or above VareYa’s general fit of 500 orders per month;
- the number and type of SKUs involved;
- the product category and any storage or handling restrictions;
- the markets that orders must reach;
- the requested start date and onboarding readiness;
- whether the product and destination combination can be supported;
- whether the request needs Shopify or Amazon FBM order processing;
- whether returns, customised packaging or import and export coordination form part of the operation.
No single form answer guarantees acceptance, a particular service level or a fixed price.
What may affect the fulfilment scope
A useful quote must reflect the real operating profile. After the first review, VareYa may ask for:
- product dimensions and weight;
- average items per order;
- storage quantity and stock profile;
- inbound origin, freight format and expected arrival date;
- order distribution by destination;
- required shipping service levels;
- packaging, insert and labelling instructions;
- expected return volume and return decisions;
- sales platform and relevant applications;
- products that need special review;
- seasonal changes or planned launches.
These details can change the storage, handling, packaging, carrier and onboarding requirements. They are collected after the initial conversion so the public quote form stays short.
Services that can be included in the review
Depending on the request and the agreed operation, the scope can consider order processing, warehousing, packing, shipping, returns and customised packaging.
Shopify orders can be automatically processed as part of the fulfilment workflow. Amazon FBM orders can also be processed. Exact connectors, applications, inventory updates, tracking behaviour and error handling require technical verification before they are included in an agreed setup.
VareYa uses ShipHero as its warehouse management system. The available stock and order views for a specific customer are confirmed as part of the setup.
Shipping destinations and carrier review
The destination review can cover European markets and confirmed international countries such as the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, China, Hong Kong and Japan. Any other country is checked against the product, carrier service, customs requirements and proposed service level.
Carrier scope can include PostNL as VareYa’s main standard carrier, FedEx for express and Royal Mail for UK services. Selection is made only after the destination, product and requested delivery service have been reviewed.
A quote should not be read as a promise that every product can use every service or reach every country. Product restrictions, parcel dimensions, weight, destination requirements and customs rules remain part of the review.
Returns and customised packaging
A proposed quote can include return processing in the Netherlands and, for an agreed UK flow, a local route in England. The later operating brief must define inspection, restocking, quarantine and disposal decisions.
VareYa can arrange customised packaging in different formats and sizes. Materials, minimum quantities, lead times, packaging stock and packing instructions are agreed for each operation. Include packaging needs in the first conversation when they affect the planned launch.
Onboarding and the requested start date
Once a suitable scope has been agreed, onboarding typically takes one to two weeks. The actual period depends on product data, order volume, technical readiness, inbound preparation and completion of the operating decisions.
The desired start date helps VareYa assess the sequence, but it is not a confirmed launch date. A practical start also depends on product acceptance, completed setup decisions, inbound stock readiness and successful checks of the agreed workflow.
A cut-off time of up to 23:00 may be agreed for a suitable operation. The applicable cut-off depends on the order profile, product, carrier collection and service agreement. It is not a standard guarantee attached to a quote request.
Operational limitations to understand before requesting a quote
- VareYa does not accept products that are prohibited by law.
- All other products remain subject to a compliance, storage, handling and carrier review before acceptance.
- VareYa’s general fit starts at 500 orders per month, but volume alone does not guarantee acceptance or a price.
- Shopify and Amazon FBM order processing are confirmed capabilities, but exact technical behaviour must be verified.
- Carrier and destination availability depends on the product and agreed service.
- A cut-off of up to 23:00 is only possible for a suitable operation after agreement.
- Customised packaging depends on design, material, quantities, lead time, stock and product requirements.
- The actual onboarding period depends on operational and technical readiness.
- VareYa can support the operational coordination of imports into and exports from Europe, but responsibilities must be agreed for each flow.
VareYa does not provide independent legal, tax or customs advice. Importer, VAT, customs and product-compliance responsibilities should be established with qualified advisers where required.
